Chords used (these names are mostly correct, however in most of the chords an open B is occasionally 
strummed, so that might change the complete name and general colour of the chord):

The strumming pattern is down up down up in straight eighths the whole time, and with accents on the 
chords marked with a ^. The pattern is the same for all the other chords.

Remember to strum occasionally the open B string.
